Continuous Improvement Project Lead

Summary: Seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Lead to drive and support initiatives enhancing site performance and strategic goals.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and continuous improvement in the metal working industry

Expertise in Lean/Six Sigma methods with hands-on experience

Experience leading and participating in Kaizen events

Strong knowledge of manufacturing organization processes

Experience analyzing metrics, identifying, and developing KPIs

Demonstrated project management experience

Responsibilities:

Lead and support continuous improvement activities to meet site strategic goals

Identify opportunities through analysis for site performance enhancement

Manage project development from initiation to closure

Coach teams on problem-solving techniques

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives increasing customer satisfaction, team engagement, and profitability



Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
