Continuous Improvements Manager in ServiceNow Center Delivery

 

 

 

Purpose:

 

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to elevate operational excellence across our ServiceNow Delivery Center (SNDC). You will partner closely with the SNDC Director, Program Team Manager, and Delivery Leads to strengthen internal standards, optimize costs, and drive measurable improvements across our delivery pillars.

 

 

Position:

 

Operational Excellence & Process Improvements:

 

Enhance and promote SNDC standards and best practices Identify improvement opportunities and lead structured initiatives to raise quality and performance Design and evolve KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track adoption and compliance

 

 

Financial & Budget Governance:

 

Support internal IT financial processes and guide Delivery Leads on budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis

 

Vendor & Consultancy Management:

 

Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring quality‑cost balance and driving performance improvements

 

ServiceNow License Management & Optimization:

 

Lead license planning, contracting, and utilization tracking Proactively identify optimization opportunities and coordinate cleanup activities

 

 

Lead SNDC Knowledge Management:

 

Own and continuously improve SNDC knowledge management assets Promote AI agents and internal chatbots supporting finance, standards, and documentation processes

 

 

Requirements:

 

University degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or similar Fluent in English Strong analytical ability and experience driving operational excellence Solid project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills Good understanding of DevOps, KPI reporting, ITIL, and Agile/Scrum Experience with licensing, financial governance, and vendor management is a strong advantage Creative, detail‑oriented, fast learner with strong communication and documentation skills
