Eaton’s Electrical Division’s Supply Chain Group is currently seeking a **Continuous Improvement Manager** to join the team! This role is based at our Lancaster, TX site.
**Who we are:** We are one of three major distribution hubs for the Eaton Electrical Sector consisting of 145 employees, with projected expansion to approximately 300 employees. We operate in a 575,000 sq ft warehousing space distributing four product lines with growth to six product lines in the next year. We operate 110+ powered industrial vehicles to receive and process material for shipment.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year.

**What you’ll do:**
This role reports directly to the site manager, and functionally to the Corporate Quality Team. The CI Manager will provide leadership and support to the Distribution Center by driving the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) and invigorate the continuous improvement culture throughout our businesses. This critical role will partner with site leaders and employees to identify, solve, and recommend possible solutions to unique situations or problems.
**Essential Functions Include:**
**Continuous Improvement Leadership**
· Eaton Lean Six Sigma (ELSS) projects and Eaton Business System (EBS) strategy deployment.
· Operational Assessments (OpA) and EBS-related activities to support site-wide improvement.
· Tactical deployment of ELSS through Kaizen events and other hands-on improvement activities.
· Coaching and leading Needle Mover projects, Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), and Business Process Improvement (BPI) efforts.
· Supporting both cost-reduction and non-cost-out Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, including special or turnaround initiatives.
· Driving product cost reduction and site cost-effectiveness actions to ensure measurable business impact.
**ELSS Program Development & Deployment**
· Develop and implement ELSS deployment procedures, policies, and systems across sites and functions.
· Lead the sharing of best practices to promote consistency and continuous improvement.
· Prepare and deliver ELSS-related training to build internal capability and support business needs.
· Strengthen on-site ELSS knowledge, talent, and competency through coaching and hands-on engagement.
· Support the ongoing development of ELSS expertise at the site level to ensure sustainable improvement.
**Training & Certification**
· Lead development and certification process of a CI training program.
**Process Reliability & Standardization**
· Follow-up the development and improvement of process and system to enhance and sustain process reliability. Initiate operating principles that focus on process standardization, visual factory, flow focus, accountability of tier meetings, etc.
**Process Optimization**
· Drive continuous improvement in distribution operations using Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical tools.
· Apply real-time problem-solving and quality improvement methods to analyze and enhance business processes.
· Support ELSS (Eaton Lean Six Sigma) and CIF (Continuous Improvement Framework) assessments to identify performance gaps.
· Identify and implement Opportunities for Advancement (OFA) to strengthen site performance and promote operational excellence.

**Qualifications:**
**Required (Basic) Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in a distribution environment
+ Minimum 3 years continuous improvement experience
+ Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
+ No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Lancaster, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience facilitating projects with various cross-functional departments, including IT, HR, Finance, SCM, and Operations
