Continuous Improvement Manager

Nestlé is currently looking for a **Continuous Improvement Manager** in our **Nestlé Business Services Office** who will be involved in enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness by implementing process improvements, optimizing workflows, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and establishing a strong NCE mindset. The Continuous Imporvemnet Manager will be managing continuous improvement projects within the organization, with a consistent focus on simplifying, standardizing, and digitalizing activities for enhanced operational efficiency, including the team's ways of working. **Your responsibilities:** + Builds an informed and motivated local Continuous Improvement Community of Practice: + Establish a support Community of Performance Acceleration Representatives and maintain its proper Governance; + Identifies & Shares Local Performance Acceleration Best Practices, Success Stories and Project Learnings that can be potentially relevant to other NBS Centres and/or IBS; + Plans & Drives local Performance Acceleration events, such as PA training sessions, Improvement talks, Acceleration visits, PA Recognition activities, and Process mapping and Discovery and Transformation workshops; + Project Management Routines + Implement the Project Management Office framework at center level to ensure on time and on budget implementation of the projects + Work closely with E2E and market teams to ensure that all expected project deliverables are completed on time and with quality Develop key project deliverables i.e. Project Charter, High Level Project Plan, and monitor the development of Business Case + Process Mapping and Improvement + Lead Focus Area Identification, Process Transformation and Complex improvement Projects + Understand Client Needs and Pain Points; + Propose preferred areas for improvement (Cost / Benefit) + Process mapping (AS IS and TO BE) + Conducting meetings to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement + Knowledge in solutions focused on: productivity, digitalization of services and automation of repetitive processes + Management and leadership in projects and indicators of continuous improvement + Waste reduction using Lean methodology **What Makes You Successful?** + Minimum of 5 years of experience with Continuous Improvement/Lean/DMAIC projects. + Has a DMAIC Green Belt or Black belt certification + Practical Business Process Model experience with tools such as Bizagi, Visio or similar( 10 sessions) + Ability to identify and solve pain point root causes in processes and establish improvement opportunities + Knowledge in automation tools such as Robotic processes with productivity and/or or Business Value tangible gains + Knowledge in Agile + Strong presentation skills + Ability to prepare project documentation using Microsoft office tools skills( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) + Strong organizational and workshop facilitation skills. + Developed coaching skills + Effective communication skills **How do I apply?** **_“Nestlé is an equal opportunity employer, seeking diversity in qualified applicants for employment.
