What this job involves:
As a Continuous Improvement Lead at JLL, you'll drive operational excellence across our organization by leading teams of subject matter experts to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and enhance both productivity and customer satisfaction while implementing data-driven solutions that deliver measurable results. This strategic role requires you to work closely with people at all levels of the organization to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder feedback while conducting root cause analysis on identified issues or inefficiencies. You'll design and execute process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodology while leading cross-functional improvement workshops and providing training and support to employees on process improvement methodologies and tools. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on organizational transformation by managing ongoing improvement projects, developing and tracking continuous improvement project measurements, and providing expert guidance on scientific problem-solving approaches. What your day-to-day will look like:
Identify improvement opportunities through comprehensive data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder feedback while conducting root cause analysis on identified issues or inefficienciesDesign and execute process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodology while leading cross-functional improvement workshops and facilitating problem-solving sessionsProvide training and support to employees on process improvement methodologies and tools while managing ongoing improvement projects to ensure they stay on trackDevelop and track continuous improvement project measurements while providing expert guidance on scientific problem-solving approaches and delivering executive-level presentationsCreate and deliver executive-level presentations and updates while managing concurrent improvement initiatives and collaborating effectively with global team membersFacilitate workshops and meetings to brainstorm ideas and solve problems while preparing comprehensive reports on improvement initiatives and their impact for management reviewWork in a hybrid model depending on location while maintaining comfort in virtual environments with globally distributed team members and stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years of continuous improvement professional experience in corporate environmentsLean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with minimum 5 years of experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies in corporate settingsWorking knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies including DMAIC and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) with proven track record in data analysis and process optimizationExpert-level proficiency in data analysis tools and Visio with excellent project management skills including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and meeting facilitationDemonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams with solid communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiencesFluent English proficiency (preferably C1-C2 level) for international collaboration with strong attention to detail and inquisitive mindsetComfort working in virtual environments with globally based team members while maintaining strong communication and analytical capabilitiesPreferred Qualifications:
Agile methodology experience for enhanced project management and iterative improvement approachesKnowledge Management expertise for systematic capture and sharing of organizational learning and best practicesExperience delivering virtual training and coaching to support remote learning and development initiativesBackground in change management and organizational transformation projects within complex business environmentsUnderstanding of real estate industry processes and operations for contextual improvement initiativesExperience with advanced statistical analysis tools and software for sophisticated data-driven decision makingCertification in additional continuous improvement methodologies beyond Lean Six Sigma for comprehensive process optimization approachesLocation: Onsite
