Continuous Improvement Engineer (Temporary) Share on: + **Location** Monterrey, Mexico + **Job ID** 0000026787 + **Category** Quality Management **Job Description** **If you have experience working in Continuous Improvement and you are looking to make your next career move** This might be the opportunity for bringing your skills and help your team to achieve the best results for a great organization within the LEGO Group! **Play your part in our team success** The Continuous Improvement Engineer ensure everyone in the organization is passionately driven to improve products, processes and services to avoid waste using lean principles, six sigma quality and BBP fundamentals **Core Responsibilities** + Organizes strategy deployment events and manages related logistics. + Participates in implementing the local continuous improvement agenda aligned with site business plans. + Identifies opportunities to enhance manufacturing processes. + Facilitate productivity workshops. + Assists managers in adopting continuous improvement tools, processes, and mindsets. + Leads continuous improvement projects using DMAIC methodology, Lean tools, and Six Sigma, documenting lessons learned. + Coaches manufacturing teams on continuous improvement methodologies and tools. + Conducts assessments in manufacturing areas to evaluate continuous improvement practices. + Shares best business practices across teams. **Do you have what it takes?** **Remember to apply using Google Chrome for an easier process and attach your CV in PDF format.** + Proven experience in plant manufacturing or continuous improvement within an OPEX environment. + Strong communication skills to build rapport with colleagues across teams. + Track record of achieving process improvements and enhancing performance. + Experience working in team-oriented settings and utilizing continuous improvement training tools. + Proficient in Lean methodologies and basic statistical analysis for process application. + Good communication skills both in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
