CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST II Posting Start Date: 11/21/25 **JOB SUMMARY** Workingwith theLeanimplementation team tointegrateLeantoolsinto operations as well asdrive performanceimprovement. Act as the local subject matter expert for theLeantools and be responsible for allLeanactivitiesat the local site.Develop andconducttheLeanstarlevelplanby driving and monitoring theprojectsofoperation advantage,providing necessary technical support and facilitating cross-functional team to meet themetrics as planned. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Overall manage plant annual lean plan, identifying key improvement priorities to enhance site performance in the eyes of all stakeholders. 2. To implement TEOA system in plant and achieve TEOA Star level plant through improvement activity. 3. Conductsite levelworkshopsand VSM transformation projects with focus on achieving operational excellence. 4. Systematic to manager plant cost activity, identify/improve/control the efficiency, material, labor and be all aspect of the cost viewing.Being responsible for driving conversion productivity. 5. Key member of global lean committee, share/provide/lead global projects and activities. 6. Take role as internal process/cost consultants, to assistant plant manager solve management issues 7. Provide leadership on lean thinking, lean processing and lean production, continue to promote the culture of continuous improvement. 8. Lead TEOA / lean know-how transfer projects, to implement, optimize and solve specific problems in operation **QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED** 1. B.S. Degree in engineering or technical field. 2. Minimum 8 years working experiences, 3 years working experiences as Continuous Improvement managerat least.Professional experience with focus on production, logistics or industrial engineering is an advantage. 3. Previous experience in leadingboth ofcontinuous improvement activitiesandvalue streamtransformation projects. 4. Good flexibility and can work under pressure 5. Demonstrate the ability to lead change, a great team-work player. 6. Excellent communication and coaching skills, strong leadership skills. 7. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, being result-oriented. 8. Project management skills. 9. Fluent in both spoken and written English and local language is essential. 10.
