Job Description: **Job Overview** Identifies growth opportunities and supports the implementation of continuous improvement programs and projects. **What your background should look like** Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering Experience: Specific knowledge: (Technical, software, product): Additional skills (Functional development): • 1 year of experience in the position • ZCAD 1. Leadership • SAP 2. Teamwork • Microsoft Office 3. Motivation 4. Proactive Daily activities: Conduct independent Gemba walks, implement TEOA tools, projects, and problem solving: 1. The tool leads us to process improvement. 2. Monitor results from at least one kickoff meeting. 3. Provide feedback to cell staff and/or area leader. 4. Check that personnel comply with safety regulations and PPE. 5. Observe whether they run the process as designed. 6. Verify that personnel propose improvements to the process and quality. 7. Look for evidence of compliance vs. takt time, efficiency, and on-time deliveries. 8. Review 5S+1 and Visual Management. 9. Update whiteboards. (PIM 1, 2, and 3) Periodic activities: 1. Facilitate Kaizen events. 2. Facilitate SIM. (Improvement Idea System) 3. Provide training and mentoring to other employees. 4. Seek to implement improvement projects in plant KPIs. Occasional activities: 1. Support transfers (line or equipment migrations) 2.
