Position Mission

Are you passionate about efficiency, data, and process transformation? ABB is looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to join the Electrification division. This position plays a strategic role in enhancing operational excellence across the Supply Chain function, supporting decision-making and implementing data-driven solutions that improve performance, automation, and reliability across the supply chain.

Your Responsibilities

Implement Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) strategies, setting targets, tracking KPIs, and correcting deviations.

Provide actionable data and insights to planning and purchasing teams to support strategic decisions.

Ensure data integrity in SAP and other supply chain systems.

Serve as the main point of contact for resolving operational issues with effective solutions.

Manage the SQL Server environment and maintain routines, views, and queries.

Monitor supplier performance and develop corrective and preventive action plans.

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or Data-related fields.

Experience with Excel, Power BI, SAP, Snowflake, VBA, and SQL.

Advanced knowledge in data analysis and operational performance indicators.

Strong communication, negotiation, and continuous improvement leadership skills.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Supply Chain, Quality, and Supplier Management processes.
