Continuous Improvement Analyst

**What you will do–**
+ As the Continuous Improvement Analyst you will plan, perform, and implement lean process improvement initiatives across Instruments Manufacturing by organizing, leading, and facilitating cross-functional project teams
+ You will lead using lean tools ((i.e. Line Balancing, Gemba walks, Standardized Work, Kaizen, Practical Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, 6S) to drive business results in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and cost
+ Identify opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures with regards to Manufacturing workflow and software process improvement. Coach, mentor and lead project groups through lean initiatives
+ Partner with cross-functional, cross-departmental, and cross-divisional leaders to develop, and implement best-practice based process improvement
+ Develop and implements process improvement activities directed at both employee competencies and technical skills
+ Collaborate with other functions to ensure that systems and processes reflect current specifications and to obtain information on new processes and systems to improve overall department service level delivery
+ Secure commitment and accountability from functional stakeholders
+ Develop communications for stakeholders on the improvements & conduct update or communication meetings
**What you need–**
+ Bachelor’s degree with 0+ years of work experience or 6+ years of experience lieu of degree - required
+ Process improvement experience in a manufacturing or Office environment - preferred
+ Experience leveraging data and technology to solve problems or improve processes - preferred
+ Must be highly proficient in applications within Microsoft Office Suite & Power BI Reporting - preferred
+ Strong interpersonal communication skills
