The Senior Lead Analyst, Continuity of Business (COB) & Crisis Management (CM) plays a critical role within Citi's Enterprise Resilience program. This position is central to the governance and oversight of the firm's operational resilience and business continuity initiatives across Citi's businesses and solution centers in India. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development, implementation, testing, and continual enhancement of robust resilience strategies, focusing on proactive risk identification, disruption mitigation, and effective crisis response. This role demands strong analytical acumen, exceptional communication, and proven project management capabilities, coupled with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and regulatory landscapes.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Drive the country-specific implementation and enhancement of Citi's comprehensive Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, and Crisis Management programs.
+ Oversee and support Citi's Enterprise Resilience initiatives, including the execution of annual Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testing and documentation within the Fusion system.
+ Collaborate with Business Services to architect and implement resilient strategies that mitigate potential disruptions to business operations.
+ Facilitate and coordinate with country stakeholders, Critical Business Services Owners, and COB coordinators to ensure seamless planning and execution of resilience activities.
+ Lead the management of internal and external thematic audits related to Enterprise Resilience and Business Continuity, ensuring timely remediation of findings.
+ Act as a key representative of the Bank, engaging with regulators and industry forums on matters pertaining to resilience and business continuity readiness.
+ Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring high-quality deliverables under pressure and adherence to deadlines.
+ Proactively identify opportunities for improvement within resilience frameworks and adapt strategies to evolving risks and organizational needs.
+ Build consensus and drive organizational alignment through collaboration with senior business sponsors.
+ Ensure strict adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, demonstrating sound ethical judgment and transparency.
+ Oversee resource management and allocation for resilience initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
+ Influence and negotiate effectively with senior leaders across various functions and communicate professionally with external parties.
+ Serve as the primary crisis management coordinator during actual or potential crisis events.
**Required Qualifications & Experience**
+ Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent qualification.
+ Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in Business Continuity and Crisis Management.
+ Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements pertaining to business continuity and crisis management.
+ Familiarity with, or demonstrable experience in, Operational Resilience frameworks such as Basel Guidance on Operational Resilience or the RBI Guidance on Operational Resilience.
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and experience with technology project management, data modeling, and workflow mapping (preferred).
+ Experience working with internal/external audit, regulatory, or control groups (preferred).
+ Advanced project management, data analysis, and reporting skills, including familiarity with relevant technologies (preferred).
