As Marketing Intern - Vaccines in our process manufacturing team, you’ll be incharge of general marketing and administration duties to support Brand Team and Operations.
Main responsibilities:
General marketing and administration duties to support Brand Team and OperationsMaintain and update databases and records related to marketing and sales activitiesAssist in the production and distribution of marketing materials, sales contracts and letters to HCPs and vendorsPrepare monthly marketing and operations report and follow-up on action itemsSupport team on meeting minutes and co-ordinationSubmission of Purchase Orders ensuring approvals before the need by dateCreation of new vendors/HCO/HCPManaging event invoices and contracts/MOUsSubmission of payments for events and sponsorship activitiesSubmission and creation of new vendors and resubmission of expired vendors in the systemSupport sales execution (releasing of orders) during high season especially for fluAbout you
