Role Overview

As a Contingent Talent Hub Leader, you lead a team responsible for coordinating the end-to-end contingent hiring process across Australia and India using the VNDLY vendor management system. You ensure exceptional service to hiring managers while optimizing processes for speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You work closely with procurement and finance to maintain an effective supply chain and ensure timely supplier payments.

Your team serves as the first point of contact for hiring managers with contingent workforce queries, while guiding them through the VNDLY system. Through data analytics and continuous process improvement, you identify opportunities to find the right talent at the right price as quickly as possible. You foster a customer service-focused culture within your team, ensuring business stakeholders receive an outstanding experience and contingent workers are effectively onboarded through all systems.
 

What this job involvesLead and develop a high-performing team responsible for contingent talent acquisition across Australia and IndiaDrive operational excellence and stakeholder experience throughout the contingent hiring lifecycleBecome a subject matter expert on the VNDLY vendor management system and optimize its use for JLL's specific needsWork closely with procurement to ensure the supply chain is fit for purpose and finance to ensure suppliers are paid in accordance with processesServe as the first point of contact for hiring managers with contingent workforce queries while ensuring they can navigate the VNDLY system effectivelyAnalyze contingent workforce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementImplement process optimizations to ensure we are finding people for the right price as quickly as possibleFoster a customer service-focused culture within the team, ensuring exceptional experiences for both business stakeholders and contingent workersEnsure smooth onboarding of contingent workers through all relevant systemsStandardize processes across Australia and India while accounting for regional differencesCreate and monitor key performance indicators for the contingent workforce program
Required Skills and ExperienceAn experienced Managed Service Provider (MSP), for managing recruitment of contingent workforce. The Lead ensures that MSP services are delivered effectively, handling staff scheduling, candidate screening, and client communication to meet project requirements and service level agreements. Strong leadership skills with experience of managing teams.Strong leadership skills with experience managing teamsExceptional customer service orientation and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience with vendor management systems (VNDLY/Beeline or Fieldglass)Deep knowledge of contingent workforce processes, from requisition to offboardingDemonstrated ability to identify, drive, and implement operational improvementsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience collaborating with procurement and finance on workforce-related initiativesUnderstanding of contingent workforce compliance requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProcess-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detailExperience working across different regions, particularly Australia and India (preferred)Bachelor or Master degree in human resources or related field10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition spectrum
