You'll help deliver on our current initiatives while integrating this practice into IBM Design Thinking methodologies, ensuring AI-assisted workflows enhance ideation, empathy mapping, and iterative prototyping across multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities * Design, evaluate, and iteratively refine AI bootstrap contexts using structured frameworks to ensure sufficiency for tasks like code generation, refactoring, and system architecture. * Probe for gaps in context categories (e.g., technical stack, code quality standards, accessibility/WCAG, security/OWASP) via questionnaires and user-assisted refinements. * Collaborate on prompt sequences for iterative context tuning, persisting outputs for resumption across sessions. * Embed Context Engineering into IBM Design Thinking processes, adapting it for team rituals like workshops and retrospectives to boost AI reliability and project outcomes. Leverage tools like IBM Consulting Advantage and IBM WatsonX for enhanced integration. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Strong foundation in software development with C# and TypeScript. * Experience with AI/LLM concepts (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG). * Analytical mindset for assessing sufficiency (relevance, completeness, freshness) and mitigating risks like hallucinations. * Focus on Clean Architecture and Clean Code principles.
