Join our team to help restore and clean buildings affected by water and fire damage, as well as other incidents. This role involves a combination of shop work and fieldwork, with a primary focus on field operations. Within the next 1-2 years, team members may need to be available for on-call work as we implement a new training program aimed at facilitating faster career advancement.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the restoration division by cleaning and restoring properties and structures damaged by water, fire, and smoke.Provide excellent customer service and perform content cleaning, packing of customer contents, and site cleanup.Maintain detailed job records.Log and clean client contents.Perform fire cleaning and post-construction cleaning.Assist with loading vans and ensure all necessary equipment and products are available for the job.Maintain a positive customer service attitude.Essential Skills0-6+ months of experience in janitorial, cleaning, or general labor roles.6+ months of experience in customer service or similar roles.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Consistent attendance and punctuality.Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.Ability to complete work orders and meet deadlines.Clean driving record upon hiring.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in general labor, construction, cleaning, remediation, carpentry, remediation construction, and demolition.Why Work Here?Employees have the opportunity for overtime and the franchise owner started in this very role, showcasing clear career progression.
