Your new roleAs a Content Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless execution of content production demands within the content supply chain, leveraging Adobe Workfront as the primary platform. This involves working with the Experience Operations Content team at NNI utilizing digital content management expertise to collaborate with various stakeholders and streamline the process of content production across multiple channels. The primary objective is to accelerate the delivery of high-quality content, aligning with business objectives and meeting the needs of stakeholders. Some of your specific responsibilities will be:
Receive, assign, and oversee content requests using the Adobe Workfront platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and optimise content processes.
Track, prioritise, and manage content production tasks to ensure efficiency.
Align content delivery with business goals and timelines through stakeholder collaboration.
Support platform improvements and document processes to aid onboarding and adoption. Your new department
This role is based in Mexico, where you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team responsible for ensuring efficient and effective supply chain processes. Our team manages logistics and operational activities that support the commercial side of the business, including sourcing, procurement, warehousing, distribution, and transportation. We work closely with suppliers, vendors, and other partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while driving operational excellence. Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing…) 3 -5 years of experience in content operations and workflow tools like Adobe Workfront. Deep understanding of content supply chain, management, and production workflows and familiarity with agile methodologies and project management best practices. Advanced English proficiency Proven ability to colaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across roles.Nice to have:
