Concentrix Catalyst is seeking a dynamic Content Studio Specialist to join our growing Content Delivery team. This role emphasizes the critical intersection of quality, usability, and user experience, working closely with the Team Content Operations Manager. You'll engage in refining and auditing an extensive library of content, focusing on user-centric improvements and strategic quality assurance to drive optimal outcomes. Don’t worry, we’ll provide coaching initially, but we expect you to lead the decision-making process shortly thereafter.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct quality audits and updates on extensive content libraries.
+ Collaborate with the Content Operations Manager to ensure best practices.
+ Edit and refine content for clarity, accuracy, and usability.
+ Identify improvement opportunities to enhance user experience.
+ Provide insights and recommendations to streamline content processes.
+ Ensure quality standards in multi-page document reviews.
+ Develop and implement quality assurance protocols.
+ Make independent content enhancement decisions within team guidelines.
+ Participate in training to enhance quality assessment skills.
+ Share knowledge and strategies for content improvement with the team.
**Qualifications**
+ Strong English competency C1 + Russian / French / European Spanish / European Portuguese (B1 – C2)
+ Over 1 year of experience in contact centers and/or content studios.
+ Proven translation capabilities.
+ Willingness and ability to work on-site in Cluj-Napoca.
+ Competency in Microsoft Suite and Google Online tools (preferred).
+ Demonstrated attention to detail with large, complex documents.
+ Experience in independent decision-making and collaborative teamwork.
