This role owns the voice of our customer across the website, mobile app, and promotional campaigns — from the words on a button to the copy behind a nationwide giveaway. You’ll be responsible for crafting short‑form, high‑impact copy that feels unmistakably on brand with our customer: fun, cheeky, confident, and customer‑first. Skills and Requirements Strong Background in copywriting for digital products (websites, apps, email) Obsessive attention to detail - especially short-form copy Ability to write fun, clever, brand-aligned copy without losing clarity Familiarity with UX writing or product copy Comfort working in fast‑moving, collaborative environments.
