**Primary Purpose**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Content Publisher to join our dynamic team, specifically focusing on podcast production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production and publication process of our podcast & social video content, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
This **Hybrid** role requires in-person work at our Newton, MA headquarters.

**Essential Functions/Responsibilities**
**Guest Research and Coordination:**
+ Assist with researching potential guests for our podcast series
+ Secure studio days in collaboration with the Video team, studio company, and co-hosts
+ Coordinate with guests to schedule recording sessions
+ Arrange and schedule preparation calls if requested by guests, co-hosts, or project stakeholders
+ Manage guest release/intake forms and distribute Best Practices documentation
**Content Development:**
+ Refine the run of show as needed and develop engaging questions for each podcast episode
+ Collaborate with the B2B and B2E teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives
**Production Management:**
+ Submit detailed video briefs for each podcast episode to the production team
+ Create compelling titles and concise descriptions for each episode for publication and marketing
+ Produce accurate transcripts
**Social Video Content**
+ You will be responsible for ideating, producing, editing, and optimizing short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more.
+ Play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual storytelling and driving engagement across digital channels.
+ Organize and maintain a library of video assets, templates, and project files.
+ Work closely with social media managers, designers, and copywriters to align video content with broader marketing campaigns and brand goals.
**Marketing Execution:**
+ Implement the marketing plan for each podcast episode, including writing or submitting Creative briefs for creative assets and copy if needed
+ Generate UTM tracking links for tracking the performance of each marketing asset
+ Distribute marketing materials to relevant stakeholders and teams
+ Write and publish articles on Bright Horizons.com related to each podcast episode
+ Partner with the Digital team to create resource page for each episode
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ HS diploma required. Must be enrolled as either a full time or part time student.
+ 0-2 years of experience required in marketing, social media or in a related area
**Additional Job Requirements**
+ Experience producing, editing and optimizing short-form videos.
+ Writing content for use on websites or social media platforms.
+ Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain a positive attitude; and solid customer service skills
+ Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
