Job Responsibilities
Publish pre-approved content to production environments, including digital adoption platforms and content management systemsCreate and test digital adoption content (tours, walkthroughs, SmartTips) using scripts provided by content strategists and writersConduct quality assurance checks on all published content for accuracy, formatting, functionality, and accessibility complianceCoordinate with technical teams to test new or updated content and troubleshoot deployment issuesManage version control of all published materials in collaboration with the content strategy teamArchive retired or outdated content according to established processes and retention policiesCoordinate translation workflows and upload localized versions to publishing platformsConduct quality checks to ensure translated content renders correctly in production environmentsPartner with content writers to validate content accuracy through structured review and testing processesIdentify and resolve technical issues related to content display, navigation, and interactive elementsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
5+ years experience with content management systems, particularly Adobe Experience ManagerStrong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to catch formatting, technical, and content errorsUnderstanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to validate complianceAbility to coordinate across technical and non-technical teamsExperience with version control processes and content archivingFamiliarity with localization workflows and multi-language content deploymentPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Experience in financial services or regulated industriesProficiency with digital adoption platforms such as WalkMeKnowledge of HTML/CSS for basic troubleshootingExperience with content testing methodologies and QA processes
