Your Role

Based in Dubai, the Content Product Manager, MEA plays a key role in managing and optimizing Hyatt’s hotel websites across EAME digital platforms. Reporting to the Digital Direct Channels Director, MEA, you will build and maintain a content and product strategy that ensures Hyatt hotels across EAME deliver an exceptional user experience, drive direct bookings, and uphold the highest standards of digital quality and brand consistency.

Your Responsibilities

Website Management Optimization: Build and launch hotel websites, ensuring proper setup, booking functionality, and adherence to Hyatt’s global brand standards.Content Product Strategy Execution: Coordinate and implement website updates for new offers, seasonal campaigns, and promotions across multiple hotel properties.Campaign Landing Page Development: Create dedicated landing pages for special hotel collections and promotional initiatives that inspire guest engagement.Technical Support Maintenance: Provide daily technical support for hotel websites across the EAME region, including content updates, visual improvements, and user experience enhancements.Quality Assurance: Conduct quarterly content audits for hotels in the region—covering websites, SEO, and luxury audits—to ensure consistency and accuracy and to increase conversion rates.Performance Optimization: Monitor and elevate the region’s Digital Content Score to enhance look-to-book ratios and online conversion rates.Innovation Leadership: Lead the implementation of Hyatt’s Personalization Engine across EAME, leveraging AI and machine learning tools to deepen guest engagement and drive regional adoption.Collaboration Process Improvement: Partner with stakeholders to refine content and product strategies, streamline website migration projects, and contribute to training and capability-building efforts across the region.

Your Qualifications Experience

4 years of digital content, digital marketing, or product management experience, with proven expertise managing large-scale websites or online platforms.Strong familiarity with CMS tools.Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.On-property hospitality experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree preferred.
