Volt is immediately hiring for a Content Planning Associate (Data Analytics) in Burbank, CA.
As a Content Planning Associate (Data Analytics) you will:
Support the setup of new titles in internal databases and tools, ensuring accurate metadata across all tools and trackers Coordinate costs and research requests with Operational teams Assist with catalog gap analysis for content Day-to-day communication management Track and communicate readiness information between Operations and regional planning teams Coordinate title level details for global planning between Programming, Legal, Content Sales, Operations, and Partnership teams to monitor title status and flag risks Facilitate communication around rights windows, holdbacks, and regional restrictions that may impact planning or availability with cross-functional teams Maintain daily communication and positive relationships with Regional and Operations teams Content Reporting Maintain tracking and reporting of premiere dates across territories in weekly reports and weekly meeting read-outs Generate calendars, reports, and content plans into data-informed summaries and/or high-level presentation decks for executivesThis is a full-time hybrid 9-month opportunity. Monday-Thursday is on-site in Glendale, CA , Friday’s remote from home. Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm.
The ideal candidate must have:
Proficient with Excel (spreadsheets, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) MS-Office Suite Air Table Data Analytics – Insights 3+ Years Experience required Bachelor’s degree
Pay Rate: $40.00-$43.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
