Content & Operations Specialist – Training, MIORA & Clinic

Position Summary

Life Time is seeking a driven, creative, and social-media–savvy content specialist to champion our Dynamic Personal Training, Pilates, and Dynamic Stretch brands - while also fueling growth for our fast-expanding MIORA and LifeClinic businesses.

You’ll be part of our small-but-mighty in-center marketing team, collaborating with Masterbrand channel partners and subject matter experts across 170+ clubs nationwide. A natural self-starter, you’ll play a pivotal role in building brand awareness and generating high-quality leads, turning strategy and storytelling into measurable business results.

From concept to creation to performance analysis, you’ll capture, produce, and manage original content across social media and other digital-first channels for multi-channel distribution - bridging creativity, execution, and operational excellence.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media content for Training, MIORA & Clinic businessesLead social content reporting to leverage insights for future marketing strategiesPlan and create content for Experience Life & PR TeamManage content operations, email communications, and related tasks for the 30 Strong and 60XT ChallengesConcept, create, and deliver Experience Life and PR content, from pitching and sourcing stories to crafting messaging and managing final deliverables

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field1-2 years of experienceExperience with content management systemsProven track record of handling high volume, concurrent requests from multiple stakeholders with successful outcomesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamExtremely organized and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritizeCreative thinker who understands brand tone and storytellingSolutions-focused and collaborative, “how can I help?” mindset

​ Other Requirements

Experience working in fitness, nutrition, supplements, wellness products, or digital nutrition programs and pro-active careProven content creation skills: social posts, emails, infographics, etc.Comfortable conducting outreach and collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts across markets or clubs to virtually direct and coordinate content creation for social mediaExperience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft business suite and communication tools (Sharepoint, TEAMS, etc.), email deployment systems, and project management tools
