**Job Requirements**
+ **Creative Ideation & Content Development:** Generate innovative ideas for social media, web, interactive, video, and other digital content.
+ **Sales Cycle Knowledge:** Apply understanding of sales cycles and telesales to develop content that supports sales initiatives and drives customer engagement.
+ **NetApp Products & Solutions:** Utilize knowledge of NetApp products and solutions to create relevant and compelling content.
+ **Email & Direct Customer Contact:** Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and engage with customers directly to enhance their experience.
+ **Social Media Management:** Assist in growing our social media presence by creating concepts for engaging with followers and drive share of voice in the market.
+ **Creative Writing:** Craft compelling copy for various marketing channels, including social media, email, web, and video scripts.
+ **Project Management:** Support the planning and execution of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
+ **Diverse Cultural Experience:** Leverage your cultural background to create inclusive and relatable content for a global audience.
+ **Passion for Customer Experience:** Continuously strive to enhance the customer journey through innovative content and digital experiences.
**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
