What You'll Do
We are looking for a Content Manager who has deep expertise in content strategy and management with the ability to leverage Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to drive efficiencies and enhance impact. This role supports the People & Organization (POP) Practice Area (PA) and plays a key part in enabling best-in-class development, structuring, and accessibility of BCG’s intellectual assets with internal teams; ensuring POP’s content is differentiated. This is a team manager role that involves engaging with POP Practice Area leadership. The role requires knowledge of the Practice Area, their business offerings, taxonomy and key stakeholders. The role also
requires a very strong understanding of content management process - identifying content gaps, managing PA intranet, etc. This is not a client facing role.
The Content Manager has a dual reporting to the Content Management Senior Manager and BCG Vantage Global Business Management Senior Director of POP Practice Area.

7+ years of experience demonstrating advanced knowledge and content mgmt.
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred, with demonstrated high academic achievement, preferably in Business Administration or a related topic to People and Organization. Other advanced degrees are accepted as wellKnowledge and familiarity with relevant PA topics/ sub-topics such as Cost, Org Design & Operating Model, Change Management, Talent, Culture, etc.Strong understanding of the consulting space and knowledge services and management processes in consulting firmsAbility to drive business processes with a diverse and global set of senior stakeholdersSound business acumen; advanced content management capabilities with well-developed techniques and approachesUnderstanding of GenAI tools, with the ability to apply them to day-to-day workFluency in English; other languages requested in certain locationsOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment; strong communication skills with senior stakeholdersAbility to proactively manage and drive areas of accountabilities end-to-end, with minimal oversight and guidanceAbility to lead projects fully independently and provide direction to othersAbility to resolve complex issues and non-defined problems autonomously, with full business acumen; understands when to escalate issues to LTWho You'll Work With
