**Job Summary**
As our **Content Manager** , you'll be instrumental in shaping a best-in-class consumer experience. You'll elevate our digital content ecosystem, ensuring every piece resonates deeply with consumer needs and drives engagement.
This role demands a **strategic thinke** r who thrives in a collaborative environment, **leading & working** seamlessly with brand teams and external agencies to bring our vision to life.
You'll also serve as the **local content expert and go-to-person** , driving content generation and management based on deep insights and a thorough understanding of the brand and consumer needs.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
+ **Lead the development and execution of an omnichannel content strategy** to ensure relevant and consistent communication across the digital ecosystem for key launches and new campaigns.
+ **Enhance and elevate the relevance of existing content** across various brand digital touchpoints with the end consumer.(Website, eCommerce, Social Media, CRM, Display, etc)
+ **Lead and coordinate diverse content management teams** within the company, including healthcare professionals and internal design resources.
+ **Manage the company websites** , overseeing content updates and optimizing the user experience to boost engagement, while also guiding brand teams on necessary website improvements.
+ **Propose industry best practices and success cases** , and actively integrate new technologies, including AI, into content strategies.
+ Serve as the key point of contact for regional and global Content teams, and work closely with multifunctional local & regional teams.
**Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements**
+ Bachelor degree Marketing, Communication and similar
+ Experience working in digital marketing / digital agencies and offshore resources
+ Experience working with agencies
+ English - Advanced
