**A day in the life of...**
+ Content Quality Analysis and implementation of the Unstructured Content Management Standard
+ Analyze content performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve content quality
+ Conduct content quality analysis on content applications and make actionable recommendations for improvement
+ Faciliate content management advisory workshops with Nestlé internal stakeholders and organize and run training on Content Management topics
+ Continuous Content Optimization (focus on Essential Content Applications)
+ Collaborate with content owners to agree on assessment outcomes and action plan
+ Implement the action plan which can include:
+ Identifing ROT (Redundant, Outdated, Trivial) content
+ Improving taxonomy and metadata through structuring and tagging
+ Improving navigation
+ Checking Ownership of content and permission s management
+ Checking content quality (aligned with ST19.216)
+ Edit, upload and publish content, both proactively and reactively in response to business needs, including researching existing content before creating new
+ Develop a sustainable governance plan for the content owners
+ Manage pages including bulk changes on pages
+ Manage documents within Our Nest, including bulk uploads
+ Setup of new or revamp existing Content Applications (focus on Microsoft SharePoint)
+ Gather requirements from requestor and develop an action plan for discussion
+ Agree with content owner on the layout, structure, and design of the page using SharePoint features.
+ Activities may include the following:
+ Create and configure SharePoint sites based on best practices and templates.
+ Add members and assign permissions
+ Create navigation elements
+ Create document storage elements
+ Create webparts aligned with action plan
+ Develop taxonomy for document libraries and lists
+ Collate images
+ Upload content to document libraries
+ Conduct a walkthrough with content owner to gather feedback for sign-off
+ Develop a sustainable governance plan for the content owners
**What will make you successful:**
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Security, IT, or Computer Science.'
• Understanding cloud compliance and digital security frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to validate compliance requirements and remediation actions.
• Experience facilitating risk assessments for digital and cloud solutions, documenting findings, and tracking mitigation plans.
• Ability to train and guide stakeholders on security best practices, remediation actions, and compliance process.
• Driving process improvements in digital security and cloud compliance workflows.
• Staying up to date on security requirements and regulatory changes impacting digital and cloud environments.
• Upper-Intermediate English level
