**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...**
The Content Librarian will join the Content Services Team. Manages in-scope Digital Assets on different business portals in the Digital Asset Management library (Digital Asset Module), performs visual analysis of Brand-related assets, ensures proper coverage of Intellectual Property Documents, applies guidelines based on the Global Tagging Rules and Guidelines, and updates assets of the SBUs or Brands.
End-to-end life cycle management ensuring assets are enriched upon assets' publication
+ Enriched Tagging and publishing of assets
+ Quality Assurance ensuring First Time Right in terms of tagging is in place
+ Archiving old assets
+ Validation of product codes versus actual assets via SAP SQL Server Reporting Services
+ Asset Migration Activity uploading on behalf of the markets which includes:
+ Downloading of assets from the local markets’ repository / SharePoint site
+ Uploading of assets in Content Hub and securing initial requirements are in place (SKU, GTIN, IP Document)
+ Enhanced Tagging
+ Audit and Publishing
Level 1 Support and Training Refreshers for markets and their agencies which cover topics such as:
+ Tool's Basic Functionality (Upload, Download of assets)
+ User Registration to Content Hub for internal and external users
+ Uploading of IP Document / URD
+ Adding of preview of assets
+ Raising tickets for issues / concerns
+ Searching and Filtering Assets
Consistency in tagging the digital assets
+ Ensure correct, complete and timely tagging by adhering to DAM Tagging Rules and Guidelines, GS1 Standards (for ECS Related Assets) and conduct initial level quality assurance of metadata before publishing
Stakeholder Management
+ Lead governance calls with the markets, address possible queries and provide resolutions, escalate concerns when appropriate
+ Management of multiple market/business stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
Other General Activities
+ Process documentation, Improvement Initiatives, Compliance, Trainings and Developments
+ Create and share improvements initiatives
+ Perform SPOC function related to NCE
+ Execute process in compliance with the Standard Routines
+ Create/Update relevant functional training materials
+ Collaborate and contribute with other team members to achieve overall results
+ Follow-through (Identify, define, resolve) and escalate issues to relevant key stakeholders
+ Contribute and provide input to the project management team in the planning of activities
**ARE YOU A FIT?**
+ Bachelor’s Degree Graduate preferably in Business or Marketing
+ Proficient in English, able to communicate effectively in both written and oral form
+ Experience and interest in Branding and Marketing Communications
