You will lead strategic content planning, analytics, and the development and execution of innovative campaign ideas and activation plans. This role requires adeptness in analytics, strategic thinking, and client engagement to deliver effective and measurable KOLS / content and engagement & activation campaigns. You will be required to familiarize yourselves with the GOAT agency platform and its mechanics.   Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Analytics:
   - Develop and refine content strategies and KOL engagement plans based on data analysis and market insights.
   - Utilize analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. 2. Campaign Development and Execution:
   - Ideate and formulate creative campaign ideas that align with strategic objectives and resonate with target audiences.
   - Oversee the activation planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve desired outcomes.
3. Client Interaction and Relationship Management:
   - Serve as the primary strategic contact for clients, involving them in the strategic process and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
   - Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering presentations and regular updates on campaign progress and results.
4. Team Leadership and Development
   - Lead and mentor a team of strategists and planners, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation and excellence.
   - Encourage professional development by introducing training opportunities and encouraging participation in industry events.
5. Innovation and Industry Adaptation:
   - Stay at the forefront of industry trends in content strategy, analytics, and KOL engagement.
   - Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance campaign planning and execution.

- Analytical Skills: Strong capability in utilizing analytics to guide strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative Strategy: Excellent at generating innovative campaign ideas and transforming them into actionable activation plans.
- Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills; adept at client presentations and negotiations.
- Leadership: Proven track record in leading and developing teams in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
