Content Experience Specialist II

Content Marketing Strategist responsible for developing and executing physician-facing, multi-channel content for interventional coronary therapies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of content strategy and/or marketing campaign experience in medical device, pharma, biotech, consumer health, or other regulated industries.

Background in creative services, consulting, product marketing, or strategic marketing.

Demonstrated experience developing content from concept through production across multiple channels.

Solid understanding of brand management principles within regulated environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing agencies and external vendors for content and campaign execution.

Expertise in digital storytelling and copywriting for professional/physician audiences.

Experience building and executing integrated communication plans across digital channels (web, email, programmatic, social, marketing automation, omnichannel tools).

Familiarity with analytics tools and methodologies for testing and optimizing content performance.

Job Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and execute physician-facing content and integrated communication plans aligned with marketing objectives for Interventional Coronary Therapies.

Leverage audience and market insights to define differentiation, messaging themes, communication journeys, and measurable objectives.

Create message maps, brand strategies, and compelling content/assets for digital and offline channels.

Collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design, Marketing Automation, IT, and other internal partners to ensure content aligns with channel best practices and business goals.

Manage agencies and external vendors to deliver high-quality content and campaigns on time and within scope.

Partner with analytics teams to test content, evaluate performance, and apply insights to optimize channels and tactics.

Ensure all content adheres to established guidelines, processes, and tools, and recommend process improvements where needed.

Maintain awareness of industry, digital, and communication trends and share relevant learnings with the broader team.

Pay: 35-40

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
