Role Purpose
The Content & Events Manager is responsible for shaping the hotel’s storytelling and guest-facing experiences through high-quality content and conceptualized, thematic events. This role leads creative planning, execution, and coordination of brand-aligned events within the hotel while ensuring consistent content across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
Develop and execute the hotel’s content strategy across digital, print, and on-property channels Create, edit, and curate written, visual, and video content aligned with the brand tone and positioning Manage the content calendar and coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders Ensure brand consistency across all guest-facing materialsConceptual Events & Brand Experiences
Conceptualize, plan, and deliver thematic in-hotel events (lifestyle events, gastronomy concepts, cultural programs, wellness experiences, seasonal activations) Develop event concepts, narratives, run-of-show, and guest journeys Coordinate with internal teams (F&B, Operations, Engineering, Security, Housekeeping) for flawless execution Manage event budgets, timelines, and suppliers Evaluate event performance and guest engagementQualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field 3–5 years of experience in content management and event planning, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven project management and cross-department coordination abilities Posted January 7, 2026
