Role Purpose
The Content & Events Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of content initiatives and thematic hotel events, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of all materials and activities.
Key Responsibilities
Content Support
Assist in content creation for social media, website, newsletters, and internal platforms Coordinate content schedules, approvals, and asset management Support photo and video shoots, including logistics and on-site coordinationEvent Coordination
Support the execution of in-hotel thematic events and brand activations Coordinate logistics, suppliers, set-ups, and internal departments Assist with event timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents Support on-site event operations and post-event reportingQualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 1–3 years of experience in content, events, or marketing coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Posted January 7, 2026
