As a Content & Digital Marketing Specialist at TUI, you will be responsible for creating and managing Spanish-language content across website, app, and social media platforms. You'll lead influencer relations and local marketing partnerships for Spain and LATAM, combining hands-on copywriting and campaign execution with coordination of external voices that support brand growth and awareness.
Key responsibilities include:
Writing and localizing content for digital channels including web copy, landing pages, banners, and emailsManaging social media content and community by planning, publishing, and moderating social postsOwning and updating app content in Spanish including destination tips, guides, and UX copyDriving influencer marketing strategy by identifying, briefing, and managing collaborationsDeveloping and managing brand partnerships with travel brands, media, and tourism boardsTracking content and partnership performance through social insights, engagement, and campaign ROISupporting CRM and lifecycle content including push notifications and in-app messaging copyMaintaining alignment with global tone and visual identity by working with designers and content peersABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Native-level Spanish speaking ability with exceptional writing and editing skills3-5 years of experience in content, social media, or influencer marketingFamiliarity with social media trends and paid/organic collaboration modelsExperience managing mobile app content or UX copyProficiency in English (Portuguese would be an advantage)Detail-oriented approach with creativity and a strong sense of brand voiceExperience in travel, tourism, or lifestyle sectors (preferred)Ability to manage content across multiple territories (Spain, LATAM B2B & B2C)Skills to lead 5-10 influencer/partner activations per quarterCapability to publish 25+ content assets monthly across site, app, and social platformsFrom a workplace to a place to belong.
