Job Title: Content Developer Location: Nutley, NJ | Hybrid (office 2–3 times per week) Hours/Schedule: Standard business hours; in-office 2–3 days per week Compensation: $42 - $52 hourly Type: Contract Overview: Leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Content Developer to support Oncology Medical Communications. This hybrid role in Nutley, NJ offers the opportunity to develop high-quality medical content and training materials used by global and US Medical Affairs teams. Responsibilities: + Develop high-quality internal and external medical resources, including MSL slide presentations, advisory board materials, internal training modules, and congress reports. + Ensure all scientific content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with the Medical Communications strategy. + Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and other teams to ensure deliverable alignment. + Conduct literature reviews and integrate new information into existing resources. + Follow review and approval processes according to company policies. + Manage workflow tasks and track multiple projects simultaneously. + Maintain reference library, including uploading key papers, updating catalogs, and training guides. Requirements: + Advanced scientific or medical degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD). + 2+ years of medical writing/content development experience in the pharmaceutical industry; oncology experience preferred. + Proficiency in VEEVA VAULT and Microsoft Office Suite. + Experience with advisory board materials, executive summaries, and scientific content creation. + Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with attention to detail. + Ability to manage multiple priorities, think critically, and ensure scientific accuracy.
