Content Designer

Day-to-Day: We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Content Designer to join a Big 5 banking client. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging and intuitive customer experiences for diverse product portfolios on the digital sales and onboarding. You will collaborate closely with various product partners, designers, and content designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content. The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with different product partners and designers across various portfolios, ensuring organized and cohesive content development.
• Engage with stakeholders and the development team to gain feedback on content.
• Participate actively in content and design sprints, bringing innovation and creativity to the forefront of all projects.
• Work alongside UX Researchers to enhance user experience through data-driven insights.
• Manage the tracking of content updates efficiently while overseeing backlog management for submitted contents.
• Provide day-to-day support in delivering strategies and tactical plans that align with broader corporate and brand marketing strategies for the assigned Line of Business (LOB).
• Collaborate with content and design (UX) team to create and update web pages, ensuring proper functionality, usability, and mobile responsiveness across all platforms.
• Ensure content aligns to requirements including content links and visible and non-visible content.
• Measure project and site performance.
• Team with Senior Manager and Digital Managers to ensure that all initiatives and projects are aligned to digital strategy.
• Work with internal business groups to ensure web representation meets their product and marketing needs.
Maximize online space for all LOBs in collaboration with the Senior Manager.
