Job Title: Content Creator & Planning Associate

Responsibilities

Create category slide content (PowerPoints) for projects, delivering concept drafts and storyboards in sprint-intervals.Develop general slide content for ad hoc visits, including Tours and Board Meetings, as guided by Content Managers.Convert theater-sized PowerPoint slides to standard 16x9 slides and prepare backup content as PDFs for post-visit distribution.Refine custom PowerPoint content provided by Category partners, enhancing image quality, animations, and slide structure.Ensure consistency across content files by updating Master content files with any changes.Attend theater content review meetings, identify quality issues, and coordinate corrections with the Agency.Manage image libraries, providing images to Content Managers and updating photo databases as needed.Support Vault visits, including stakeholder engagement, pre-visit preparation, experience planning, and post-visit debriefs.Manage Vault Summits and educational sessions, including content management, event execution, and post-event assessments.Maintain SharePoint access, communication assets, and team member information, while managing SOPs and asset flow.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with project management software (SharePoint, Monday.com, Asana, or other workflow applications).Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Category Management, Marketing, or Graphic Design.Strong project management, cross-functional team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.Experience in presenting and developing project plans to key stakeholders.Ability to influence with integrity and mobilize change across different levels of management.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $33.00/hr.
