A Content Creator & Graphic Designer is responsible for the production of all graphics work and ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the specified requirements, ensuring that the hotels style and Hilton brand standards are maintained.
\nWhat will I be doing
\nResponsible for the formatting and creation of visual images and copy using computer-assisted programs. Create stimulating and appealing visual images and copy which is in keeping with the established Hilton brand standards and the hotels style in different mediums and fulfilling various needs of both departments and outlets alike. Assist the Director of Marketing in creating a tangible aspect to the services of the hotel through the creation of specific market collateral and artwork. Work in tandem with the Director of Marketing to create a unified and distinct visual style of the hotel.
\nSpecifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nDesign high-quality digital and print materials for all three hotels, including flyers, menus, promotional banners, room signage, and branded collateral.\nLead day-to-day content development and scheduling for social media accounts ensuring consistency in tone, look and feel across properties.\nDevelop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with hotel activations, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.\nCapture and edit in-house photography and videos to promote experiences and events.\nWrite clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for social media, marketing materials, internal communications, and on-property promotions.\nTranslate marketing ideas into visually impactful designs that reflect the distinct identities of each property.\nEnsure all visuals comply with Hilton and brand-specific design guidelines and quality standards.\nCoordinate with influencers and content creators for cluster activations, including scheduling, briefing, and content tracking.\nMonitor performance of posts and campaigns using Meta Business Suite and other tools; propose content improvements based on analytics.\nMaintain the internal image and artwork archive in an organized manner for easy access by the team.\nSupport cluster-wide activations and campaigns by collaborating with the F&B, Rooms, and Commercial teams to understand creative needs.\nLiaise with external vendors, photographers, or printers as needed for production of branded materials.\nDevelop relationships with key digital marketing media players and the travel industry\nProvide relevant input and assistance to the SBU’s projects and activities, including but not limited to travel exhibitions and participation, group partnerships, group giveaways and branding, etc.\nActs on behalf of SBU with all vendors, exacting a balance between quality work and price, requesting estimates and approving all materials as needed.\n\nSpecific Tasks:
\n\nKeeps detailed files and records on all matters relative to property's marketing materials (photo usage rights, vendor contracts, etc.).\nUpdate all menus, flyers, and hotel digital boards in a timely manner as per activations.\nSupport live events by capturing content for immediate or future use on social channels.\nSupport other departments with internal visual communication needs (e.g., Townhall invites, training posters).\nResearch trends and propose fresh visual ideas that align with current market styles. \nProvide administrative support to the marketing team, including coordination, documentation, follow-up on project deliverables, and assisting with payment processing and vendor communications.\nWhat are we looking for
