Key Responsibilities + Development and implementation of a company-wide content strategy in close coordination with business departments, IT and compliance + Design and further development of the content management architecture and integration of existing systems + Creation and maintenance of metadata models, taxonomies and classifications for the structured management of corporate content + Definition and implementation of content lifecycle rules (creation, use, archiving, deletion) + Advice on the introduction and configuration of enterprise content management systems (e.g. M365, SharePoint, DOXiS) + Support with the migration and restructuring of content, particularly in the context of organisational changes (e.g. carve-in/carve-out) + Creation of guidelines and training documents for the effective use of content systems + Promoting user adoption through targeted training and individual consulting + Monitoring current trends in content management and continuously developing the strategy Qualifications + Degree in information management, business informatics or comparable qualification + Several years of experience in the field of enterprise content management in an international environment + Sound knowledge of metadata modelling, information architecture and content governance + Experience with ECM systems such as M365, SharePoint, OpenText or DOXiS + Very good written and spoken German and good English skills + Intercultural communication skills and experience in working with international teams + Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and self-organised way of working + Advantage: Technical understanding of interfaces, APIs and data migration We offer + Competitive Salary (with yearly bonus up to 15%) + Opportunity for Future Growth and Advancement + Meal allowance of 123 CZK / day + Transport allowance of 100 CZK / day + Vacation allowance 10 000 CZK / year + Flexi Pass 20 000 CZK / year + Christmas allowance 10 000 CZK / year + 5 weeks of holiday and for every 3 years of employment plus 1 extra day of holiday + 3 days of sick leave per year + Pension insurance contribution up to 4 166 CZK / month + Home office option ...and much more! ​ As an international company, we welcome the diversity of people.
