Waste Connections is looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Container Delivery Driver to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery, pickup, and relocation of waste containers for our residential and commercial customers. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team that values hard work, customer service, and community impact. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate commercial vehicle to deliver and retrieve containers at customer sites + Ensure containers are properly secured and positioned according to customer needs and safety standards + Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment + Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate service + Maintain accurate service records and documentation + Follow all DOT regulations and company safety protocols + Provide friendly and professional service to customers + Assist with container maintenance and yard duties as needed **Qualifications:** + Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions + Strong communication and customer service skills + Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check **Schedule:** + Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed + 5 am start time **Compensation & Benefits:** + $21.50 per hour with eligibility for monthly safety bonus + Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) **What you’ll get from us:** + Competitive Compensation + 401(K) with company match; let us help you save for your future + Healthcare; Medical, Dental, Vision + Perks, perks, perks!
