Job Title: Contact Center Sales Inbound/Outbound IIJob Description

We are seeking dedicated phone agents to manage outbound prospective customer leads through our dialer system. The primary role is to screen prospective customers interested in speaking with a licensed agent to review an existing quote or to provide a new quote. Agents will perform warm transfers of interested customers to our licensed agents. We will monitor transfer rates and bind rates to ensure quality screening and transferred leads.

This position is fully remote, requiring agents to have an appropriate workspace free of distractions. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST, with a 40-hour work week. Attendance is critical, and agents must not miss more than 12 hours per month due to absences. Technological requirements include a PC with Windows 11, hardwired internet with a minimum upload speed of 100MBPS, mouse, keyboard, and headset. A second screen is strongly encouraged.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
