Contact Center Facilitator

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead participants through structured learning activities and facilitate group discussions using Spectrum’s facilitator guideManage classroom dynamics by tracking attendance and addressing behavior while documenting strengths and development areasExecute all administrative tasks including class preparation, schedule management and maintaining participant recordsDeliver feedback and coaching to learners to foster skill development and encourage behavior changeMonitor individual and group performance to ensure standards are met and troubleshoot technical issues during sessionsProvide insights to site leadership and the Learning & Development team on learner progress and training effectivenessParticipate in meetings, committees and task forces to support ongoing improvement of Spectrum’s training programs

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience

2+ years of training delivery experience in a formal or informal setting2+ years of experience in the functional area or business unit

Skills

Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishCritical thinking and analytical skillsEffective prioritization and organizationClear oral and written communicationAbility to collaborate with all levels of management and company personnelProfessional demeanor when interacting with the publicProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookFamiliarity with various learning approachesComfortable presenting and training groups in online and in-person settings
