**Contact Center Representative - Abbott Nutrition International Division**
**Job Description summary**
Abbott Israel Nutrition Divisions is looking for Contact Center Representative,
Responsible for providing professional support mainly via phone assistance to clients on infant and adult nutrition products in accordance with company practice and guidelines.
This is a part time role, requires working 4 days per week, 7 hours per day (9:00-16:00).

**The Opportunity**
This is a role in our Nutrition Division, part of our Pediatric Business Unit.
In this role you will have direct contact with our customers and provide professional support for infant and adult nutrition products.
Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands – including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, Glucerna® – to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Answer incoming calls, following criteria of quality, service level and efficiency.
+ Respond to customer inquiries via various channels: email, Instagram, Facebook.
+ Provide advice and guidance on infants and adult nutrition.
+ Respond to complaints aligned with company guidelines.
+ Document ongoing conversations using CRM system.
+ Responsibility for follow-up calls to customers.
+ Maintain accurate documentation for reporting adverse events and medical complaints.
+ Perform additional roles and tasks such as: mentor team members, be responsible for complaints process, statistical analysis and more, all in accordance with personal and professional development and seniority.
+ Participation in professional training and team meetings.
+ Calls initiation in joint projects with other departments in the organization.
+ Participation in additional activities according to the company's needs, such as representation at conferences, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ BSC. Nutrition Science or experience as a Public-Health Nurse.
+ Authorized Clinical Nutrition - an advantage.
SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES
+ Full control in a computerized work environment.
+ Good level of English.
+ Service oriented.
+ Long-term persistence.
+ High articulate verbally and in writing.
+ Ability to work under pressure and to learn from feedback.
+ Assertiveness and accuracy.
+ Ability to work in a team, good interpersonal communication.
+ Ability to receive feedback.
