Consumer & Shop Insights Senior Manager
Overview As part of the Global Insights Services Hub, it supports the growth of PepsiCo’s Beverage business by developing and maintaining reports using diverse data sources. This includes delivering both periodic and ad-hoc performance reviews and responding to analytical requests as needed. Contribute to strategic decision-making by conducting growth driver analyses, refining reporting outputs for clarity and efficiency, and supporting strategic meetings. These efforts enable deeper insights into business performance and help drive data-informed actions across the organization. Responsibilities • Execute against team charter for Reporting & Analytics for IB team (Global in specific) o KPI Reporting: Execute multi-market, portfolio, and brand-level reporting of marketing KPIs using multiple data sources, internal sector reports, and reporting tools. o Channel & Competitor Monitoring: Monitor performance across key channels, customers, competitors, and emerging players, and deliver reports at defined intervals. o Business Performance Analysis: Explain multi-market business performance trends, key drivers, and opportunities for optimization through data-backed insights. o Ad-Hoc Deep Dive Analysis: Provide detailed responses to ad-hoc requests, including drill-down analysis supported by relevant tables, charts, and narratives. o Insightful Reporting Beyond Data: Deliver business performance explanations that incorporate contextual factors beyond raw data, ensuring a holistic view. o Coordinate Digitalization of business analytics for IB multi-market dashboards in SMART. Collaborate with the GBG stakeholders and SMART product team to design and deploy capability fit for GBG needs. Support Reporting Lead/Sr. Managers/Managers deliver against needs articulated by Business Partners within the Hubs to address the business questions and process requirements Qualifications • World-class stakeholder management skills • Solution-oriented approach to problem solving • Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to gain efficiencies and improve process & deliverables • Depth and breadth of custom and syndicated research/analytics • Strong understanding of internal & external data sources that could contribute to the reporting and analysis function • Very strong analytical thinking with proven ability to connect data & insight from category consumption, brands drivers, macro & micro trends, and future forces of consumer change and deliver clear outlook scenarios along with implications for the business
