Salary is $44,720/year Duties and Responsibilities This is a highly responsible, professional position focused on responding to phone, postal, and email communications and face-to-face visits by individuals to the Governor to request assistance, express opinions, and register agency complaints. The position duties may include routing written correspondence or emails to other team members or agencies for follow up/resolution and preparing proclamations. The position requires extensive knowledge regarding the operations of state agencies and the Governor’s priorities and policies, as well as the ability to interact with constituents with courtesy and tact. % of Time Task 100% This is a highly responsible, professional position focused on reading postal correspondence sent by individuals to the Governor to request assistance, express opinions, and register agency complaints. This team member routes mail to the appropriate analyst/office/agency and may be responsible for Proclamations and courtesy/event letters. This position requires extensive knowledge regarding the operations of state agencies and the Governor’s priorities and policies. Will meet with constituents face to face. Knowledge, skills and abilities, including utilization of equipment, required for the position: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to analyze written and verbal communication; ability to produce concise, clear written and verbal communication; knowledge of operations of state agencies; attention to detail.
