Responsibilities The Opportunity This role will partner the Experience Consumer Research team located in Mexico Capability Center (MCC) to ensure exceptional service is provided in support of Sensory and Consumer Experience. This role will create actionable reports for Consumer Research studies, and coordinate with in-market MCC employees, to develop clear plans for projects to be completed on-time, in-full and on-budget with proper quality controls in place. Your Impact As Consumer Research Data Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Category Leads, Data Analysts, and Programmers) to create clear, visual, and actionable consumer research reports. Analyze and synthesize key findings from consumer studies, identifying conclusions and recommendations that drive business decisions. Ensure reports follow best practices in formatting, storytelling, and visualization to enhance understanding and impact. Coordinate report reviews with team leaders, incorporating feedback and improvements to deliver high-quality results. Propose and implement new ways of working to improve efficiency and quality across research processes. Collaborate and share progress transparently using digital tools such as Microsoft Teams and other Office 365 platforms. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Sensory Science, Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, or related fields. At least 6 months of experience within an R&D function or environment. Advanced English proficiency – essential for collaboration with U.S.-based teams. Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data, with attention to detail and curiosity for innovation. Comfortable using Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and working in cross-functional environments.
