We’re looking for a Consumer Programs Lead to join our SFP team in Cyprus. In this role, you’ll lead the activation and deployment of consumer programs for Reduced Risk Products (RRPs), ensuring high-quality execution and maximizing ROI through strategic project management.

 

Your ‘day to day’

Develop and align acquisition and retention strategies using business and consumer insights.Ensure all programs activities are consistent with Market strategy, adapting based on channel specificities ensuring a swift Consumer Experience and serving on consumer needs.Lead end-to-end project management, from design to execution, ensuring strategic alignment and program effectiveness.Enhance commercial programs targeting consumer acquisition and retention.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and adapt programs based on real-time market feedback.Monitor and analyze program performance to identify success drivers and areas for improvement.

 

Who we’re looking for:

University degree with 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Customer Care, or Strategy/Commercial Planning.Strong project management skills and attention to detail.Creative, positive, and collaborative mindset.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Proficiency in English and MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).Digital experience is a plus.
