We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Brand, Social & Influencer team. As an Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work in our beauty team on world famous brands in a diverse team where you will not only hone the skills you already know but learn and grow in a multitude of sectors. You’ll be working on some incredible campaigns, with a team of talented and fun individuals.

What you'll do:

Clients: Act as a primary client contact, play key role in developing and implementing account activities, provide counsel Strategic Execution: Build and leverage deep understanding of the clients’ objectives and competitive environment to develop clear business cases around opportunities for engagement to deliver meaningful results and drive impact Business Development: Active participation in the development of presentations for clients and new business opportunities People Focus: Recognise and celebrate your own and other’s successes Financial Acumen: Monitor/manage internal status of jobs and due dates, advise senior team members of developments

What we're looking for:

PR Expertise: Previous agency experience in a client facing role, ideally within beauty PR and women’s lifestyle, and with excellent media relations skills and contacts in these spaces Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment, partnering with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to drive success. Passion for DE&I: You understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion and are eager to contribute to a workplace where everyone's voice is heard and valued, playing a pivotal role in fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. Innovation Mindset: You keep up with emerging trends in social media, influencer marketing, and media relations, applying them creatively to your strategies.
