About the team:
Our role as Consumer Planners in Diageo is ‘to lead the total business with insights and data that help the business improve the growth as bring value brands.’ Our key partners expect to excel at demonstrating our unique skill at leading the business to make the right strategic and commercially savvy evidence- based decisions within the ever-changing context of our consumers’ and customers’ lives.

Experience / skills required:
We are looking for a confident personality with good communication skills. A person who takes an open and inclusive approach. You will operate successfully in a fast moving environment, taking a constantly curious attitude. You will have demonstrated your ability to work within a cross-functional team, as well your passion to inspire and influence others.

6+ years of experience in roles involving planning, research, insights, and brand / business strategy, with deep client experience necessary, but agency experience also preferred.
Great communication skills and ability to interact with those of a variety of different backgrounds and levels of seniority, as well as different cultures and perspectives.
Strong ability to simplify the complex in order to ensure that our brand building tools and frameworks are fully understood and used.
Brilliant at spotting external opportunities, simplifying them, experimenting, and working out how to apply them to the organization at scale.
Skills in data management, from a qualitative to a quantitative approach + performance results and the capacity to connect data with insights.
