Consumer Marketing Manager - Oral Healthcare
**Job Title:** Consumer Marketing Manager - Oral Healthcare We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Consumer Marketing Manager/Brand Manage** r to join our Personal Health team based in **North Ryde** . As the Consumer Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing planning & strategy, activation and execution, portfolio lifecycle management with full accountability for the P&L. This includes overseeing market share and category analysis, shaping business strategy, and launching new products to position Philips as a leader in a category within the Oral Healthcare Business unit, with a strong emphasis on accelerating brand growth and category expansion. Ideally, you will thrive in a supportive, face-paced environment together with a cross-functional team to deliver business results. This role requires a team player with a can-do attitude who delights in being challenged. **Your role:** + Develop and execute integrated and aligned marketing plans that meet company sales, market share and profit objectives across Australia & New Zealand + Manage the portfolio toward KPIs, including market share and brand preference and driving corrective actions where needed + Work with market research team to identify actionable insights, together with category dynamics and trends to steer strategic marketing plans + Plan, manage and execute the local pricing and promotional strategy + Drive consumer demand generation and local marketing activation strategy across all touchpoints following business objective and strategy. + Effectively manage the brand P&L, including A&P planning and product profitability + Provide inputs with local insights about markets, competition, and trends through to global + Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams as well as being the lead contact for the category in Australia & New Zealand **You're the right fit if:** + Ideally you will hold a completed degree (Commerce / Business / Marketing) and come with experience in a similar brand or marketing role from either technology, specialty consumer, FMCG or healthcare domain. + Confident in your ability to drive this portfolio and happy to be hands on, there are no direct reports to this position. + Be a creative and agile problem solver, with strong data analytics experience to build and drive effective marketing strategies and results + Bring your excellent communication and ability to navigate a matrix organization as well as having strong project management + You are enthusiastic, see opportunity and are digitally savvy as you drive results through several channel mix strategies for both on and offline + Your innovative approach and ability to work collaboratively that will see you succeed **About Philips:** We are a health technology company.
