Within this role, you will take ownership of a critical Philips product line. Managing both direct and indirect channels, you will work closely with key distributors to ensure the optimization of the marketing strategy, from Philips to customer to consumer, in order to generate the highest possible financial contribution for Philips and for the customer. **Your Responsibilities:** + Adapting global marketing strategy to the local Australian and New Zealand market + Managing and driving the local business strategy + Manage consumer and competitor insights to steer the category strategy + Business planning & reporting on all relevant KPI’s + Creation and implementation of local market activation plans within agreed budgets + Portfolio and Product life cycle management, including product launch management, price waterfall management + Implementing agreed market activation plans and providing support to the local sales team. + Forecasting, measuring and reporting on ROI of initiatives + Managing local retail market and competitor data development and communicating to key stakeholders + Ability & experience of P&L management and stock planning and pricing management **About You** + University level with Business/Strategic Marketing direction + Significant business/marketing experience gained within a multinational environment ideally in FMCG, consumer goods or retail industries. + Strong financial acumen and marketing capabilities + Experience managing distributor relationships + Analytical ability – to generate insights from data and research with high level of communication ability with an excellent eye for detail. + Confident to both work with and influence senior management- domestic and international. **Why should you join Philips?** Working at Philips is more than a job.
